I just happened to take these pics yesterday b/c I'm trying to make my gender predictions. I think I have 2 of each gender.


I hesitate to guess, seems like your birds have always defied my gut instinct when it comes to sexing them. :gig But if I had to guess... I agree on all of them except one; 'Female 2' strikes me as more masculine for some reason... :oops:





Buff laced seabright. We still don't know if it's pullet or cockrel. Haven't seen it in the nest boxes much, only crowed once in eight months. (A few weeks ago)

Yep, agree that that's a girl. The boys get HUGE combs pretty early on in my experience. Also, all of my Sebright hens had crowed at one point or another, most of them at around that age.

And to keep things rolling, here's another Silver Sebright:

So we're looking for another silver laced bird or another Sebright variety. :)
