Poultry feed for laying chickens?

I have 4 laying chickens about 24 or so weeks, I have mistakenly bought a bag of poultry feed (organic) . I am wondering if it would still be safe to feed them it. Will it make them too overweight? Not give them enough nutrients?

Why would it have any harmful effects? What type of poultry feed is it? Layer, all flock, grower, started, gamebird, waterfowl, ect
