Poultry-Human safe insect repellent?

Hey y’all! So, my coop constantly has flies and spiders either around it or in it. I’m wondering if anyone knows of any repellent that is poultry safe? I found “Diatomaceous Earth” that would be poultry safe. Has anyone used this for their coop/run? Anything can help!
