4 weeks is a little soon to see angel wing in ducks. Do you have pics? Generally it crops up around 8 weeks.

I am by no means an expert as my brood is only 5 weeks old. That does look like angel wing. Maybe since pekins grow faster, the angel wing appears sooner?

I agree. If you can’t wrap it, the panty hose or socks are a good idea. If you can do the vet wrap, more power to ya!

She’s actually a call duck. I wonder if they grow faster, too.

I would say my cayuga started looking wonky around week 3-4. The panty hose seems like a good choice. Either way, it sure won’t hurt the cute pumpkin.

Hehe no sweat chixmom! All ducks hit the growth spurt at different times and definitely depends on the breed. My Pekins start growing waaaaay faster than say a call duck or Muscovy. So it really depends.
