I'm looking for a processor in the Jaffrey area or nearby. I've got 33 chickens that need to go in the freezer.

I recently had a rooster processed at Granite State Poultry in Milford. They did a great job, and I definitely plan to use them again!

I've had many birds processed by Granite State Poultry and have been very happy with them. However I know at this point they are booked through the remainder of the year with all of the holiday birds. I made sure to get an appointment for my Thanksgiving turkeys back at the beginning of August. If you are having older layers processed then they should be able to do them for you in January. If you have meaties I'm not sure who to suggest. Almost everyone will be booked up in Nov with turkeys.
