He was sort of proud. After that I sped up the procedure and got him some hens of his own. He's my baby

No, actually. He's an aseel (supposedly). The best two guesses I have as to his lineage (that also explain some of his conformation faults) are a bengum×shamo/shamo cross, or a cobra aseel, which have American gamefowl in them

Thank you! I agree! And he's BIG too! People have refused to come into the chicken area while he's out free ranging. And he's the sweetest boy, ironically. Every afternoon when he gets let out he comes running to me (after stretching his wings) for hugs. He's still growing as well, they take usually 2 years to hit maturity
