Sarah, I will help you in any manner you need...flyers, sellers list...whatever just say the word.

Nella...what would you be asking for a porcelain pair? or the mottled cochin bantam boy?

I am interested in a bantam cochin boy...the porcelains would be for a neighbor of my MILs

Selling porcelain pairs for $20.....mottled dude for $5. I do have a guy interested in the porcelain pairs (I have 4 pairs total)...not sure if he will take all or not. I ended up with 6 boys and 9 or 10 girls, so just whittling down the numbers of boys with the extra girls.

Also, if you just want a bantam cochin boy....I have the mottled guy, silver laced guys and gold laced guys. Pick your poison.

Nella...which boy do you think would make cute babies with a Buff Cochin girl? I am leaning towards the mottled guy (how old is he Hera is only about 3 months old I think) what do you think...this is Hera the girl. I will take one of the bantam cochin boys now lets decide which one will be a good match for Hera. I hope Hera is a bantam..Sarah was not positive as she was an extra in her order but so far she seems to be.

Cetawin.....mottled is recessive, so the babies would be split for it but not show it. I also have silver laced and gold laced boys.....not sure genetically what would happen there. The mottled guy is pretty darn cute though.

I think most of my boys are about 3-4 months old. A couple gold laced are a little younger.

Also, if it turns out she is a standard and not bantam, I would say take one of the blue boys. The dad aka my big blue cochin rooster is awesome. If bantam....its up to you! Mr Mini Mottled is cute though.

Are you interested in Mille Fleur cochins? I am a bit shaky on the genetics, but crossing the buff girl with mottled might be a step in the right direction (a few generations down the line). OR a big maybe here, I *might* have a mille project cockerel for sale.

Okay you have got to come now...LOL

I am interested in taking the mottled, gold laced or the mille fleur bantam cochin boy (if mille fleur is available) pick a sweet gold laced boy. Then I can handled them and etc and choose one...would that be a problem? I am going to post over in genetics about the SL, GL, Mille, Mottled and see what info we can gather on offspring. But I am a definite for one of those boys.

Now those blue standards need to come too...what are you asking for them? I would love to see them...because I could put her with one of them...I also have a red cochin girl. And my goal is to have orps and cochins only one day.

Do you have pics of these boys?

I don't have pix of the boys, but can take some this weekend. I do have a pic of the dad...he is still young and getting his big boy feathers in LOL. The mom is a really light splash cochin who lays really dark eggs

The dark blue boy looks identical to dad....the other is a light silvery blue color. They are both laidback.....I don't handle my boys at all, so they are not cuddlebugs. But they are still "nice". The darker blue boy is older than the silvery blue one.

I will probably bring allll of my extra boys.....so you will get to see both along with all the gold laced boys available.

I am still deciding on the mille boys. I have 4 extra boys that are still growing up and feathering out and I'm not sure I want to part with any yet
