Hey NellaBean my MIL says a couple bags of M&Ms and a regular size coffee works too!

Nella, will drop off cutie boy this afternoon. I am contemplating leaving early to avoide rush hour, and then taking him to pet smart for some shopping. I'm curious to see how many people think he's a parrot

Haha, my dad is NOT an animal person.....hand him a kitten and he will hand it right back. LOL. Actually with him there, there is a good chance no kittens will be coming home with me ;( darn that voice of reason........We'll see.......

Lori, I'll be here at 5:30 either way. Driving the black firebird today that is in the side of the picture above........it'll be in the back corner of the parking lot behind the suncoke energy building.........can't miss it! I forgot a crate, so he will be riding home in style in a cardboard box LOL.


Y'all don't be hateful about this extra rooster! he is the cutest little pile of feathers ever. Actually....of the two blue boys, they are both cute. One is a light blue aka silvery color. almost like a dark splash? I still think he is blue though. The other is dark blue with red leakage on his neck. Not breeder quality but both parents are REALLY nice birds. My big blue rooster is a big gentle boy....the big splash hen is so docile she has been moved to the baby pen for now. She is a really light splash (probably the result of too many splash to splash crossings), almost a platinum blonde

and has the softest feathers ever. Those boys should be great roosters. I had considered keeping the dark blue boy to co-rule the flock with his dad, but have decided to keep a few other boys instead. I don't handle my boys much so they are not cuddly, but not aggresive at all.

I'll be packing up some stuff tonight. I'm gonna be doing a bit of "yard sale" stuff too. I need cash!!! Plus I need to bathe the birds. The way they have been housed is causing some feather clumping on chests. Man I have to get rid of the coons!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
