Poultry/Small Animal Swap Meet - TSC Georgetown KY 9/18/10

So I'm thinkning that since it's going to be hot over the next couple months, doing the event on saturday early would be better than sunday since folks will still be at church and all. What Saturdays are tied up with regular meets? When is the Frankfort, paris, etc ones scheduled?

Paris swap was last sat. so secound weekend of the month for them.

Talked to a few traders who were interested in coming to sadieville for a swap so it may take a while for every one to find out about it but i think it would be a good swap.

Hey I was just wondering....

It seems like noone is very interested in the Frankfort swap and I was wondering why?

It is very convenient location, covered so weather is not a problem, and there has been a good variety on the days I have went.

I just have not noticed anyone posting about it or what they might be bringing?!

I like the Frankfort swap because its close to home, birds don't have to sit in the sun, they have refreshments if I forgot mine, my kids can run around and be safe and spend out some of that energy!, the people are real nice when you talk to them, and if I have something I absolutely HAVE to get rid of I can always run it through the auction at the end!

I will be going and I will be taking some really nice Splash Silkies, lavender Silkies, Black Silkies. Plus I will have a lot of very

unusual colored Guinea Keets, I'm going to reduce my Serama Stock due to having too many out of town softball tournaments this summer!
So I will also have some Serama Trios and Some Chicks for sale Saturday !

Hope to see yu all there!! This is the last Swap I will be at this year :-( at least until fall rolls around!

Hey all! Since I've had so many requests, we are going to have another meet up in Sadieville. Mark your calenders!!

SATURDAY JULY 17
7AM TIL IT'S TOO HOT OR EVERYTHING IS SOLD!!!

Yes, we are going to do it on a Saturday this time since the weather will require folks to want to be out when it's cooler.

We will be doing this at the Marathon Parking lot right off I75 and Porter Road. Very easy to get to! However, they charge $5 per table/seller. This is the Marathon's charge to cover the use of their lot.

Bring water, chairs and tents!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For more info pm me or email or call. 859-554-5198 or my cell 704-804-1145. Leave a message I will call back!

See you there!

Sarah

I might take them from you. If you still have them! Oh and the lavs from last month are looking girly. Very pale combs still and no wattles. I'm thinking they were fooling everyone!

I'll have more hatched by then AND those top hatted "orps" should be out then too!!

If you don't have too much going on maybe you can work on handing out flyers. I'll get some made up with the new date and time. I'm gonna have Jeff cover the store for the day so I can be there in full "go" mode! LOL! I'm also gonna need to organize the seller list so we can track who's coming and selling what.

I might be able to make the swap in Sadieville, if anyone is interested in Porcelain D'uccles (pairs or cockerels) or bantam brahma (dark and light) cockerels..........also might have a mottled cochin cockerel, and who knows what else. Long drive for me though

Anyone? i probably won't go unless I have "presold" stuff......
