Poultry Vitamins ?

A commercial poultry pellet is supposed to be a complete nutrition. I give fresh fruits & veggies as treats (I used to go to the local farm stand & they would give me their bruised/ugly produce for free. Stuff that is still good but wouldn't sell.) Plus all the bugs they could catch themselves during "free range" time (supervised). They especially loved to find a nest of baby mice in the hen house (Gross--but that's nature's way.)

Thank you for the info. At what age should I switch from crumble to pellet feed?

When they're big enough to eat the pellets without choking on them. When that is depends on the breed/size of the individual bird. With my latest chickens they started making a mess of the crumbles by pulverizing them instead of eating them, so I switched them to pellets then. They were probably about 6-8 months old at that point.
