Power out 3 hrs, dropped to 85F at day 2 /day 10, what are my chances?

Last summer I had my incubator running and we had a thunderstorm and I lost power for 3 hours, I threw a blanket over the incubator. Out of 12 eggs I had about 8 hatch.
