First off, thanks to everyone for all the valuable information present on this site already, has helped me numerous times through this hatch, and I didn't have to bother anyone.

Anyway, now it's day 20, and the power went out for about 45 minutes. 8 babies have already completely hatched, and 3 eggs are left. They have pipped, but the temperature dropped to 94.5 during the power outage. Now I'm sitting here next to it trying to get it back up in a timely manner (nearly impossible with this hovabator!) and I'm just wondering if there's any hope for the 3 left. Humidity was constant throughout outage, the temp just dropped.

Thanks for any help! And thanks again for already posted info that helped me get this far!

Likely fine. The air temp dropped just a bit, but their body temp probably didn't. During hatch...should be fine. Humidity staying stable is GOOD! Here's hoping the others peak their little beak out soon!

If you have a little electric space heater point it at the incubator and that will get the temp back up fast,.. I have had to do that before.

They should be fine, don't worry about that short a power outage. No tweaking with the temp it should come back up to normal quickly on it's own.

Thank you for quick responses! I'm sure they'll be fine, but if not, I'm still happy for the 8 that did hatch! There is so much info here, I am surprised I have had such a good first hatch already anyway. I had 100% fertility and only lost 2 to bacteria (blood rings). So 8/11 will be awesome, hopefully I'll get 11/11 though. Putting them under broody mama silkie tonight, so hopefuly all goes well there, too. Thanks again everyone!
