Over and over again, I've read posts here of power outages, with frantic pleas for help, and all the reassuring responses that all will be well. It's finally happened to me. There was a 3 hour power outage this morning and I kept telling myself that it would be alright, but I still have this sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach that the eggs aren't going to make it.
It's been 3 hours now and the Brinsea Eco 20 is building up temps, but not quite there yet. I keep feeling the need to adjust the dial, but I know it will come back to where it needs to be in a few more hours. It's hard to wait and not worry though. Please tell me they'll be OK.
