They all look like pecking scabs to me.

How many roosters to hens do you have - I think I see 4 in your photos - but could be some of the same bird:)

The black hen - her feather loss/damage looks like rooster damage. She may be lower in the pecking order and be overmated - watch to see that she is not too stressed and eating/drinking well.

You have too many roosters. Those are all scabs most likely from fighting. I would suggest getting rid of all your roosters except for one since this can be a BIG problem for your hen. Your hen isn't molting shes suffering the effects of 'over-mating' Which can turn deadly. I had a friend who had just started raising chickens and had one too many roosters and because of this one of his hens had a completely bare back/wings and a huge gash on the side of her back from the roosters taring up her back. It later got infected and had to be put down. The reason why I am being straight forward is because I want to prevent any stressful situations later in the future so like i said.. I'd get rid of at least 3 of the roosters.

Oh man!! My poor girls! I have 6 roosters (luck of the spring hatch ) and so I put 4 in the old 8X4 coop and left 2 out with the flock. My oldest and youngest/most submissive. Today I just realized another chicken is a rooster!!! No wonder they are still being over mated! I will get them to sale as soon as possible. I am just not ready to slaughter chickens myself! Thank you for the advice!

X2. Remove all but one rooster. No fowl pox is seen in pics.

Now, that looks like fowl pox. It is a virus carried by mosquitoes, and usually lasts about 3 weeks. It can spread through the flock slowly though, especially when the scabs fall off. Do not disturb scabs, and it may help to separate sick birds.
Great tip I learned from a fellow chicken farmer ~ my goto gal..shes been doing this way longer than me - fresh oregano in their water along with apple cider vinegar. Less than a week and the scabs fell off. No other of my hens has it either. They merely have litle white spots (lighter spots) where the scabs once were. Is there more to come? Anyone
