I talked to my friend tonight and they got bad news at the hospital in Philly today.
Tomorrow, she will be seeing the Oncologist again and Thursday they will be removing her eye. Apparently this is the only way for her to be cancer free.
I know being cancer free is good, but losing her eye is horrible news. Luckily she is only 4 months old and hopefully will recover well and live a long and happy life.
Please continue to pray for my friend and his family.
So Sad but she will be okay and will adapt she won't miss the eye, my daughter has been blind in one eye since birth she did everything her siblings did except she is night blind so she made sure to be home before dark or had someone with her to help praying for your friend and their family.

This is exactly right. A very good friend of my daughter's little boy was 2 when he had a malignant tumor in his eye, and the doctor's told them this was a blessing it happened when it did, as he would not even realize his eye was gone, he would instantly adjust. He is 6 now and doing great!!!
I'm so sorry to hear that. Our oldest son lost his eye when he was 6 and has adjusted very well. I'm glad that by doing the surgery she will be cancer free!
I know a little girl who had to have an eye removed when she was a baby due to cancer. she is now a healthy active 13 year old . she is doing awesome. keeping you freind and family in my prayers
