My BYC friends, I had a thought today I wanted to share with you. Imagine, if you will, a person who lives in a restricted country. Someone for whom it is a crime punishable by death to own a Bible, or to speak to anyone about Christ. How would such a person learn the good news of salvation? How would they learn about a personal God, a God who loves them and wants to have a personal relationship with them? How would they learn about God who loved them so much that He made Himself human, lived among us as an ordinary man, took our sins upon Himself and died in our place so that we might live forever with Him? Who would tell them that this same Man-God is coming back some day, some day soon, to take us to live with Him in a Paradise so magnificent that we can't even imagine it? And that all we have to do to receive this wonderful gift of forgiveness and eternal life is to believe and ask for it. This thread right here might be the only safe place a person like this might be able to come to learn this wonderful news! Please, friends, help me tell this good news. Share your story here. Tell how you came to know Jesus in your life and what He means to you. Why did you choose to follow Him? What has He done for you? How did you come to accept His marvelous grace? Share a Scripture and tell what it means to you.
