Recently just been feeling down and sad... I don’t really know why. I’ve just randomly felt like crying (which for some reason I’m doing right now-I rarely cry) and I had some bad thoughts about myself-such as ending my life. I don’t know why. Thanks

you know that satan wants people to feel bad and end their lives. it helps me thinking I am not going to do what he wants. I find something to keep me busy and have no time to think. I also painted my house in a nice warm yellow and use light and warm colours for decoration. that helps a lot.

I completely understand. I've been there and came close taking my own life. It's not a pleasant convos. You did the right thing to reach out. Life can be tough sometimes and future seems bleak. The feeling can just creep up out of the blue. One thing that helped me was believing things will get better and God has a plan for each individual. If you want to privately message me I'm happy to talk with you more.

Still have been feeling sad, but crying and praying helped.
