An update: My friend, Amy, is doing much better. Thank you all for the prayers!
Also, a praise: My youngest daughter graduated high school yesterday.
I pray everyone will have a peaceful week.

I needed to see this today. I just received word that our friend who was waiting for a heart/lung transplant will not be getting them. He was taken off the list last week due to an infection that spread throughout his body. The bacteria count was going in the right direction with antibiotic treatment, but his body is starting to shut down. They will begin turning machines off tomorrow. Please pray for his wife, three kids (ages 9,6 and 4), his parents, sister and other family and friends.

I pray for him, for a peaceful and painless passing. And for his family and loved ones, a peaceful acceptance of God's will for the changes coming in their lives. May they always remember that no matter the storm or circimstances, Jesus is always with them, and that He doeth all things well. Amen.

If you could also pray for my brother in law who is undergoing chemo for a tumor. This is the 2nd time he's had treatment for cancer and its been in remission for a while until recently.
