What I had to give God was my addiction to foods and drinks that I was eating and drinking that were killing my body
When I started this last ( listening to the Bible in chronological order )
I gave up watching Pluto and Tubi tv old tv shows during the daytime and was praying and listening to the Bible and eating fruits and veggies mostly
It had gotten so bad that I did not want to walk to take the trash out or get the mail or wash my clothes at the laundry room next to the mailboxes
And knowing all the upcoming walking for to go see my mom at the rehab place and up to 4 hours to go see her walking and sitting down and resting and ridding 3 buses to get there and I have the rollator walker
And then vacation to Disney and that takes lot of walking
I actually rented an electric scoter for the day trip in the magic kingdom
Praise GOD glory hallelujah thank you Jesus
For helping me get in better shape
And I had lost 4 pounds on vacation and not gained
