I just read an article about how gratitude does a lot for your brain health so I am in the process of thanking God for everything I can think of as often as I remember to and incorporating more thankfulness into my prayers thank you Lord for my friends here who pray thank you for this forum Amen

Look at how many Psalms talk about praising the Lord, and praising Him with song. That's not for Him, to satisfy His ego, it's for us, for all the blessings we get from praising and thanking Him and focusing on His lovingkindness rather than what's going on in the world around us. Look up! Praise Him! Be filled with His goodness!
