Hi everyone. I've been a long time lurker but never post. We just got word from our son in basic training that his graduation has been pushed back 1 week. God is good and all of our travel plans were easily switched to the next week. Our hotel which is very close to base and was running out of rooms weeks ago when we booked originally, even had the same room we booked before available for the new dates. The one thing that we haven't changed yet is my husband's vacation. My job is easy, I just texted my boss and all is good to go. He works for a less personal and much larger company where vacations are basically set in stone way back in the beginning of the year. He was able to get it changed once for our son's original graduation week but now that it's pushed back a week he's going to have to try to get it changed again on Monday when he goes back in. If you guys wouldn't mind sending a few prayers for us, we would greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

Still no Internet, surgery scheduled for early October, and Al is slowly healing up I’ll tell her you asked. She is hoping everyone doesn’t forget her. It’s been a whole year without Internet
