Sending you hugs. I know you must feel just awful. I lost a gosling day of hatch yesterday. activity had stopped and I capped the egg and couldn't find the head. I hesitated and she died. Her attempted pip was on the wrong side of the egg.
It's easy to look back on a situation and see what we could have done differently but we can only do the best that we can at that moment. I hope you don't carry the guilt and sadness too long and totally get needing like-minded people to be sad with you.

Hey. Thanks for your concern ! I'm doing much better .... Got the furnace and water goin again, water lines are Pex, so luckily no bursting ! Still bummed out, but all of yalls replies helped a bunch !
