I am writing to one - inform and two - request your prayers.
Almost 2 weeks ago, my wife woke up in the middle of the night with headache, nausea and all that goes with what she thought was a stomach virus. 4 days later, the flu symptoms were gone, but the severe head ache was not and she was very tired, sleeping all day.
This past Monday after 5 days of the symptoms, we took her to our family doctor. As it turns out, she had a Brain Aneurism and it had hemorrhaged. She is at Johns Hopkins hospital in the Neurological Critical Care Unit. They were able to repair the aneurism. She will be here for another 2 weeks or so recovering. She is doing well, but we covet your prayers as she continues her recovery.
As for the information part, the doctors tell us that with an aneurism that hemorrhages, if it does not kill you, your body will respond much like a flu. Don't think that you are too young and don't put off going to the doctor.
