Tell him he has so much positive thought and prayer pouring out to him. And to eat!

I realy like our cochin bantams. i just like the feathering on their body. i would not mind if they didn't have it on their feet.

Glad to hear that Mike is doing better.

I hope his recovery continues with no major set backs. With any luck the two of you will be able to shoot your own fireworks, but it not maybe some of your neighbors will shoot some that you will be able to see.

ranchhand pm'd me this morning, here is my response to her.....

Mike feels much better, he is eating and drinking without me nagging him to do it. His last tests show the cumadin is indeed working without the heparin. It will be a long time before the clots are gone, but, this is better than more surgery, I hope.

Yesterday I went to the dr for some follow up on my blood pressure (and hot flashes). I had been feeling drug out for a couple of days, my blood pressure was way up. So, we changed the medication for that. I told him the hotflashes were killing me, we changed the medicine for that. I told him I cannot sleep at night, so he gave me Ambian for that !

The dr says not sleeping is not helping any of my symptoms, so I am to take Ambian for 3 nights in a row and then go back to work. Yep ! He gave me 2 days off work.

So, today, I am going to clean the dog kennel, butcher 2 or 3 broilers, mow some grass, vaccuum all my rugs and spray with flea spray. I have a huge flea problem this spring, helped along by not being able to be home when I needed to be.

You guys are something else ! Coming on here while Mike was in the hospital was the only mental relief I could find.
