Predator or hen?

So I have a broody hen and she has been broody for quite a while but I noticed eggs disappear from under her and I didn't know it it was a snake or a predator and saw this earlier. Is this a predator or the hen eating the eggs for some reason?

No not a snake a snake would have gobbled that hole egg. I don't know what it could be I'll try to contact Kiki for you to help you out
