how do i take care of a 2 day old premie with a swollen eye?
i put saline then antibiotic in it. it eats and drinks. Anything else?

Sounds like you are doing just what you should.

Be certain it's eating, wash and put on the antibiotic... keep us posted.

don't know if he ate anything today. had water but doesn't seem to want to eat. drank plenty. mostly slept.
