Geese, chickens, turkeys, etc, etc, etc do not get Pregnant. They lay eggs no matter if the eggs is fertile or not. A rooster has no effect on whether they lay eggs or not---some people think they have to have a rooster. Example a Hen can lay 250 eggs in a year with a rooster, she can also lay 250 eggs in a year if she has never seen a rooster!!

what does that mean i have 6 chickens and a roost

Females can hold the sperm and fertilize eggs for about 3-4 weeks max in most cases. If she has been away from a male since June, then the egg is not fertile.

what are the chances of a wild goose mating with her there has been one goose coming to my house every other day

Very poor chance but it's not impossible. But you don't want a wild goose hanging around. Wild waterfowl can carry Avian Influenza "Bird Flu".

If in the USA there is always craigs list or feed stores that have bulletin boards with poultry for sale.

Another important things is giving them a very secure place to live so dogs can't get to them especially if your thinking of goslings. Here on BYC there is a rehoming thread and a bye sell trade thread also.
