I haven't tried to see if anything is in them, but I'll try tomorrow! To me they've gotten fuller looking over the past couple days that I've noticed. They aren't full but they look fuller if that makes sense. And before i was never able to see her teats or udder at all when she was standing/walking but now i can see them. Don't know if thats normal? But my other mare, you can't see anything when she's standing/walking.Has this built up over the last 2-3 weeks? (Her bag?)
Can you express any liquid? What color is it? What texture between your fingers. If there’s no liquid then it’s normal for her.
It’s hard to tell from the photo but looks bag to me.
Always have the vet confirm pregnancy then monitor.
The woman we got her from breeds them and she said its always different with each horse. But she said it will be sometime July if she is because she kept her and her colt away from the stud til it was time to sell the baby, so she had been with a stud from July until end of October when we got her.A mare will typically bag up 2-3 weeks before foaling... liquid will be clear the furthest out
Turning to a sticky white ish color the closer it gets
But have the vet confirm first.
I’m not expecting any this year- foaled 3 last year and have foaled many for people and myself in the years prior.
