Pregnant potbelly?!?

Hey guys and gals I am new to this forum as well as a new pig owner. One month ago we rescued aka took home an abandoned pig. We have had her one month and love her buuuuut recently she has been packing on the pounds and we have not changed her diet at all. We live on 4 acres and she wanders the dirt with me all day long so not sure how she’s gaining weight. She isn’t grazing during free time outside either as the rabbits have beat her to any vegetation. Does anyone have experience with pigs who could help me out ? I swear I felt something hard move against my hand last night and she’s been getting very tired and breathing heavier than normal her nipple line seems to be growing too

. We have no other pigs at our ranch and she’s indoors but without knowing her history it’s hard to tell.

I am not an expert but she looks pregnant. The belly will usually drag on the ground to make her nipples tough for nursing her young.
