I really don't follow the question but I only had a few rescues from laying houses. They are gone now. I am still really sad about losing my birds, especially Ginger
I know a lady that vaccinated her birds for ILT a week ago and this is what she went through today.
Update- exactly one week after the eye-drop vaccinations, every hen in the flock had red and watery eyes, and was listless. Poor appetites ( hard to believe in chickens). One hen was so distressed and unable to push that I had to press on her abdominal muscles in 3-second pulses to help her lay. The was accordingly grateful and has been tutting me at my feet each time since as I enter the coop. Well this morning only two had sore-looking eyes and everyone's energy level is normal and they are eating well. Apparently this vaccine can have that effect as immunity takes effect, and it's scary to witness. So if you ever use the ILT drops, don't panic a week later. Average response time for this effect is 6-8 days in adults.
Your birds should respond likewise in about a week so expect it and don't freak out, it's normal.
Mycoplasma can be treated with tylan, and can probably be found in seventy percent of backyard flocks. I cannot believe they would not suggest depopping for ILT and then would for myco.
I had my older birds (8 - 12 weeks) vaccinated for ILT on June 18, they are in quarantine till July 18, but my younger birds who were only 3 weeks old at the time have not yet been vaccinated. They are inside the house, the older ones are out in the coop. When these guys go out, they are going in to a separate coop. The Provincial Dept. of Ag. make house calls to do it, at cost of 25 cents per bird. I'll have to call and get these youngsters done soon. No signs of any illness, it is non shedding vaccine but I will be very careful to keep the birds separate till all have had the vaccine.

Thank you for the information.
I vaccinated all of my birds. They are all together accept for two younger ones who have never been with the rest of the flock. It was a non shedding vaccine and they are all doing beautifully.
