Premature chick. Please help!!

i just got home and checked the incubator and see blood smothered everywhere and 1 chick has hatched with unabosorded yolk still attached. Please help I'm not sure what to do. How do I help her?? :hit

Let this chick dry. Don't cut it off or remove it this could harm it. Make it its own separate box away from the other chicks when they hacch make sure you have a heat lamp because it'll by itself. It should dry up and fall of by its self its just a waiting game try and keep it comfortable and calm and things should go smooth.

I forgot one more piece of advice dampen a paper towel with lukewarm water and wrap it around the chicks abdomen where the yolk sac is. and when I say separate box I mean where it cant get up and walk around really. Do provide food and water if needed.

Thank you so much! She's almost completely dry now and other chicks have hatched and hatching so I'm thinking about taking her out now to prevent others from hurting her. i have a warm cup ready for her to go in with warm wet tissues. So nervous to pick her up, I don't want to hurt her
 
I had to do the same thing last year. It’s why I keep solo cups around. I call it cup jail. I left the little one in the cup until it was making a fuss. By then it was all absorbed and dried up.
