i just got home and checked the incubator and see blood smothered everywhere and 1 chick has hatched with unabosorded yolk still attached. Please help I'm not sure what to do. How do I help her??

She's almost completely dry now and other chicks have hatched and hatching so I'm thinking about taking her out now to prevent others from hurting her. i have a warm cup ready for her to go in with warm wet tissues. So nervous to pick her up, I don't want to hurt herI forgot one more piece of advice dampen a paper towel with lukewarm water and wrap it around the chicks abdomen where the yolk sac is. and when I say separate box I mean where it cant get up and walk around really. Do provide food and water if needed.
She's in the cup now, safe and sound and warm. I hope she makes itYou most likely wont hurt her just try not to touch it to much, moving it should be fine. Just don't be nervous, you wouldn't want a nervous doctor working on you.![]()
