Preparing for my first incubation. Help.

Some eggs arrived today and another set will not be here until Tuesday.
Do I just continue to let these eggs rest or start turning the eggs in the cartons?
I have read that shipped eggs usually hatch about 50%. I want to make sure these eggs are taken care of the best way possible.

I would hold these till the other come in---I do not flip the eggs upside down---I make sure the small end is down, then I just set one end of the carton on another carton so its at a angle then 2 or 3 times a day I will just change ends of the cartons that have the eggs in them--works great for me.

From what i have read, peeps tend to keep shipped eggs a day before setting them - something to keep in mind when you receive your second batch.
