Preparing to set call and pekin duck eggs! Hatch day should be March 4, 2021 if all goes well!

Are they adults? I've been wondering about your new pair. I'm sure they're lovely. I adore pastels so much. Do you have pictures of them?

Are you planning on showing them? I am so excited for you! Will you be integrating them with your current flock or will they have their own palace?
Good grief, so many questions. Feel free to tell me to put a sock in it if you'd like 🤣😊
I want the kids to show them - yes!

The plan is to integrate them into my main flock and have a separate "honeymoon" suite for breeding purposes. That way I can put whoever I want to use in there to clear their system and then put the drake of my choosing with them and start collecting eggs. Otherwise they'll live in Gen-pop. 🤣

That's one breed on my short list of hoping to add soon. Have you found them to be as strong and healthy as they're typically known for? I really like the health benefits of landrace breeds (that is a landrace breed, isn't it? I may be mistaken)
They are very hardy, but mine aren't purebred. They're mixed with mutt bantams. Beautiful, but WILD. I'm not interested in birds that don't have any interest in me. I like weirdo birds that fall asleep in my lap.
