Looks like Squeegee’s egg (the one that was shadowing) has internally pipped in the last couple hours! I’m thinking I’ll give it a safety hole before work in the morning! Yay more sleepless nights to come!

I've never had to give safety holes on the eggs my ducks were sitting on, but I totally understand for the extra insurance on ducklings hatching safely.

I’ll elaborate. Sorry about the confusion. Squeegee had gave up sitting on her two eggs a couple days ago so I put them in the incubator with the others. I would’ve stuck them under Cami but hers are behind in development. Since Splash died Squeegee has been distraught calling for him.

Cami my other broody is still sitting and doing great! She has 12 eggs.

The ducklings are doing well this morning. The little grey is eating and drinking a ton. I got the little blue fawn to drink and eat a bit. He can walk much better now, but his legs still splay out to the sides. He is doing fine right now, and I’ve got someone to babysit them while I’m at work. My lovely sister lives close enough and she offered (plus wanted some free duckling cuddles)...

I’m not sure who the parents of the two that hatched are...

I have grey, blue fawn, blue fawn pied, white, and pastel. (Plus I had black bibbed)
