I tried the recipe I found online where one keeps eggs in lime water in a sealed bucket.
My first load had 4 bad eggs. Some partially spilled, so the lime water is somewhat stinky. I removed the 4 iffy eggs. Does anyone know if I need to replace all the lime water too to continue? Or will the lime keep things in check now that the spoiled eggs are out?

how do you change the water? Do you start from the beginning will not the sealant on the
eggs be washed off from being in the first batch
