Said it tastes great. It was really tender and juicy. Not stringy or rubbery. The 5 days resting in the fridge really helped I think. I want to grow them longer next time.

Update: All but 10 have hatched out of 26 eggs. Three more shows pips.

That's the thing... You can't get attached. These 3 I wasn't attached to and they had this purpose from the start unless they were females. Which they weren't.

My husband even agreed that if I can do it... Then anyone can!

Thankfully, I’m no longer attached!!! I almost went out and wrung their little necks this morning when they all started crowing their heads off for a half hour straight

Cooked the smallest one tonight in the instant pot and it was a hit! Thinking this will be the way we cook it from now on.
