I love pea combs all my easter eggers are pea combs they are all hens. Some have beautiful tales.

My EEs look like scary hawks, lol. I love this splash, so pretty.

The bird in that thread is 12 weeks, and look how much redder that comb is compared to your bird's.

If @LadiesAndJane says pullet, I'm inclined to agree!

Ah, ok. I have 2 Ameraucanas, same hatch date, the other one's don't look anything like this, that's why I was concerned!

They are 11 weeks? Wouldnt he be crowing?

OK, so let me further explain why I had thought cockerel. Look at this one which is. a roo (from the Meyer hatchery site. Look at the distinct feather patterns (im marking them in red).

and a hen (from Meyer also)

and mine (ill be happy if I am wrong, I cant have roos):

I am no chicken expert lol, these are my 2nd round (1 year at it only) and I read online sometime between 8 and 20 weeks they crow. Mine are only 11 weeks.

They are beautiful. I am not even allowed to have chickens where I am to begin with (but my neighbors dont care) but if one starts crowing im probably in trouble, lol!

I'm not seeing sickle feathers. And some males crow super early, some don't. I have a boy that crowed at 2 weeks for a few days and has been silent since them. Which is annoying because I need that crow to know if I was ripped off or not.

As for arch of tail, I don't pay attention to that. I've had several females that have tails that aren't set like females usually are
