Pretty sure a roo, right?

I have 1 that acts like a rooster but I can only wait a few more weeks and see.
 
It's a pullet.
At 11 weeks.......
A male would have much more color in the comb.
3 peas don't always mean male.
...and pullets can have curved tail feathers at that age.

A bit too young to be seeing male specific feathering(hackles and saddles).

You're comparing an 11 week old bird to a mature rooster. At 11 weeks, the tail means absolutely nothing. Ams and EEs both are infamous for getting those funky tails. At 11 weeks, you go by comb and wattles development and male specific coloration. Sometimes saddles will have popped through, but not usually. With a bearded bird, there are no wattles. Therefore we look at comb. Right now yours looks like a pullet.

Thank you so much! That's what I was hoping, since I can't have roosters.
