Pretty tan colored hen? What is she?

Can y'all identify the hens in the header of this website?

I'm talking about the ones with kind of a tan color and an interesting pattern in the feathers.

It's really hard to determine the breed from the pic that is available but that is partridge pattern on their feathers. Quite lovely birds.
