Previously Healthy Chicken Now Can't Stand and Falls Backwards and Doesn't Move

Does you hen free range? Does she have any unidentifiable marks on her skin? (I know it's tough to look under every feather). Does she EAT her grit? (Crazy question I know but I have grit everywhere and have still lost birds to impacted gizzards). Do you have roosters? And maybe I missed it but what breed of chicken?

PS how is her weight?
Thanks for join in the thread bird-brain. She has been free range until a couple of weeks ago. The grass was getting destroyed to the point of nothing, so I created a temporary side run, in addition to the run attached to the coop, until the grass recovers a bit. I cannot see any marks on her skin. I don't know about the grit. There are 6 hens total and I haven't watched to see if everyone of them is eating it, one by one. I can keep an eye out for that. No roosters. And she's an Americana, roughly 3 1/2 to 4 years old, with what I would argue is the most amazing personality ever seen in a chicken (but I guarantee I'm not the only one to say that!). Last time I was out there with her she still had her personality about her.
