Price of goslings

This is my first time raising geese. I have an African gander, buff pom goose and three of their offspring. I was wondering how much to sell the goslings for. Right now she's setting on 35+ eggs. And would they be considered mutt geese? They look like an African except their necks are darker, and they do have a knob on top of their bill.

Yes they are a mixed breed or "mutt" goose. Price would depend on local market. Check the local feed store prices and Craig's list for what others are asking.

I've checked around the local feed stores and the only thing they sell are chicks.

Did you check out Craig's list for your area? This would help you know what's out there, and you can list yours there for sale.

If they are mixed breeds, I suggest that you look at the hatchery sites and price about where they have theirs priced. If they don't sell, you can always go down.

You won't get anywhere near what a purebred sells for, so don't use Holderread for your price comparison.

The gander is in the front then the three offspring and mama is last. Another thing, the two orange billed are females and the black billed is a male.

They're in beautiful condition and appear to be a cross between an ?African Gander and ?American Buff female.
