Hi I’m new to backyard chickens and I have a bunch of male ducks. I have a couple of friends willing to buy duck off of me but I don’t know the price per pound?

I don't know I haven't even slaughtered them yet. I just want an about price if that makes sense

I think a lot of people price them by the bird.
If you charge per pound, the price will be different if you weigh the live bird vs. the processed bird.
I don't know what the going rate is for ducks--does your local grocery store have any? Yours should be worth at least as much as grocery store ones, so that could be a starting point.

Do you happen to have a picture of this 20lb duck? I've never heard of a duck being that heavy, Are they Muscovys?
