I had a friend who weighed everything out to the single serving size as part of a weight loss goal. She ended up going on to win the local gym fitness competition for her state. I don't have a weight issue but i love weighing and freezing ready made ravioli etc, to see how many meals I can get from such foods. Prices are stupid in australia. All chocolate bars were 1.10$ max, now they stick the yellow card on them and claim 2 for 4$ is a bargain

Oh 5-6 cans. I have no problem then. More than one can per serving makes my tongue itch

Pringles are expensive too. Swap those chips for baby carrots. Less sodium and WAY fewer calories.

I don’t eat Pringles much, but they are definitely a guilty pleasure food. Something about the slightly flavored cardboard gets me every time.

Yeah, I love it too. But no more, on the healthier food.

Because those poor little Pringle chips are being implicated for something they didn’t do Its not their fault they’re high in sodium and saturated fat and whatever other unholy substance. I think I need to go eat some to make them feel better.
