How do you cope, then? Avoid it completely, have it sometimes, use other types of "milk"?

I use A2 milk. I have no issues with that. Cheese and butter I'm usually fine with though.
Have you tried goat milk?

I haven't tried goat milk yet, as it's been a more recent development in my health. For a while, I didn't even realize what was causing the issues. We are going to get a different dairy cow in the near future, and we were leaning towards trying to find one with A2 milk. This may seal the deal Thank you for your reply.
