Problem solved. ( probably )

Did you calibrate your thermometer?
If the temps are a little on the cool side they may be running late
They are a little bit. My incubator is brand new but it’s broken - it won’t let me change the temp. So it set itself at 99.5 I was going to put it at 100. Is that a big difference or no? My last batch all hatched day 21/22 so.

Not a big difference, 99.5 is great, for a fan incubator, but it is likely inaccurate
It's reccomended to use a separate calibrated thermometer for a more reliable reading

I have a couple of chicks in the incubator for a day and their rolling over eggs and even cracked one should I take them out or leave them

They keep rolling the eggs around
Taking the chicks out is fine.

Just do it fairly quickly-- open, remove chicks, close. It's helpful if you sit something like a box beside the incubator, so you can put each chick in and have your hand free to grab the next one. You don't want to have chicks jumping onto the floor, then drop part of the incubator while you grab for them!

Update on the wrong end pipper: the membrane is on the chick and not on the egg so it’s possibly shrink wrapped. It’s chirping and rocking a ton and keeps pecking the same spot over and over and rolling the egg around. It pipped 24hr ago but I hear to wait 48 hours to help one that pipped wrong end. It seems like it may be getting weaker. I have 10 eggs that haven’t even pipped yet and it’s day 23. It is trying to get out but seems like it can’t rotate. I don’t know what to do I don’t wanna make it worse for it or compromise the others

I do not have personal experience with assisting.

But I've read the article on assisted hatching, and from what you say, it might make sense to start helping that chick. Of course you will need to watch out for any blood vessels or bleeding, and stop if you see any.

Here's a link to the article again, if you want to look at it without searching back through the thread:

It hatched but with unabsorbed yolk and splay legs

It hatched but with unabsorbed yolk and splay legs
Put it in a cup or bowl with paper towels on the bottom to hold it in place to give it time to absorb the yolk. The legs can be fixed as well. Search for unabsorbed yolk and sure you will find more details on how to help.

Did it hatch on its own or did you assist? Any pics of chick and unabsorbed yolk?
