Problem with eggs (warning, clinincal photos)

I've just had a look at the pictures... she passed an infected ovary

she must have some sort of internal infection, did you put her onto antibiotics to see if it helped her.

When hens lay they only use one ovary... she may start to develop the other ovary and continue to lay if the organs haven't been damaged with the internal infection

Has she laid since this occurrence ?

I saw this type of thing posted one other time.. I can't remember where.
Maybe browneggblueegg?
I guess birds have a row of egg yokes in different stages of formation. they become fertile if you have a roo. and one at a time they encapsulate and are laid, something in the process got really messed up
I would worry about infection now. my guess is that is the overy in the egg and its trail of unformed yolks
I sure hope she is OK.

Sorry for delay, but here is update.
Our hen is o'k.
She even lays eggs ( 5, unfortunatelly sho broke 5 ).
Everything looks fine.
I asked her to pose to a photos. She agreed, but I have had to pay her for posing. She accepted haselnuts and tangerines.
Here are some pics from our quick session.
