problem with my chickens in my backyard

I need help, I have had my small pen of chickens for 17 years and just recently have had a problem where im in a R1 zone. I don't live in a subdivision and I have my own home and 1 acre with it. I only have a certain amount of time before I could fix this our I have to get rid of the chickens. Please help.
