problem with new chick

I had a new chick hatch today after been stuck in the membranes since yesterday, i had to slowly help it out today. It is a very big chick so maybe thats why it was stuck and not able to get out on its own.
It is not doing so good since it hatched out, barely moving, its eyelids are shut and have been since hatching and it has a very floppy neck, cannot hold its head up at all.
Can any one please help, any idea what i should do??

Is it able to drink? You may want to dip it's beak in water. That gets their system going. Careful not to go too far so it doesn't inhale any of the water as it is weak.

Other then that, I would keep it warm and provide it any additional water of food it wants. Hope this helps! MW

The probles is that it is too weak. You should never help a chick hatch because they get thier strength to live by getting out of thier egg. If you help it, it wont be strong enough to live. I dont think there is really anything you can do about it. Sorry.
