Problem with vent

I am hoping someone could help. My chickens vent is extended looks like the inside has come out fleshy ball is hanging out. Looks like it herniated.Droppings are whitish and thick and she is still eating and drinking.Wondering what I can do to help her

Thank you for info gave her the epsom soak I put the vent back in and she is trying to push it back out when I hold it in by putting my hand over her vent will they do this? Is this something that they might do ? She did lay an egg to day I’m hoping she is just sore going to put a sling on her thanks
