My eggs seem to develop fine until day 18 at that time i have several quitters and most the ones that do pip are not hatching. I have had nothing but trouble this year and im at a loss. I am using the GQF 1502 (Digital) which is supposed to be fool proof but I still have trouble. What is the discharge from the first two pictures? I'm certain whatever is causing that is my problem.

this is and example of the eggs that are pipping but not hatching

Looks like excess fluid. What do you keep your humidity at for the first 18 days? Do you weigh the eggs to track moisture loss or watch the air cells to make sure they're developing correctly?

Your humidity is too high, learn how to use humidity meter to monitor the humidity when incubating don't relay on controller ,this are the pictures of my poults that hatch last night before am back from work ,they all came out them selves without helping hands,my temperature is 37°-37.5° with humidity of 70-75%

Buy humidity and temperature meter ,when you filled the incubator kan with water pls put it on after the temperature is approaching put your humidity and temperature meter probe in it on the hatching tray at the back, adjust your humidity with the ventilation inlet and outlet ,you have to check the humidity meter as you adjust gradually check every hours,
Note don't expose your incubator out side coz change in weather too can cause change in humidity.

I usually run it 60% RH all way through incubation because I do staggered batches but I have tried it in every variation of humidity you could think of. I tried it at 40% through day 18 then 65-70% humidity lockdown. I’m clueless

Incubator is in house stays steady temp. I have 2 thermometer other than digital control center all are basically the same

This was day 18 air cell

That looks a little too small. You can't do staggered hatches in the same incubator or this is the result, unfortunately. If you want to do several batches at once, you'll need to buy another incubator to use for locking down the eggs as they hit day 18.

I would recommend getting a kitchen scale and weighing your next batch to track moisture loss. This will allow you to pinpoint exactly what you need your humidity to be. An egg should lose about 15% of its weight during incubation. You can weigh to track this and make sure that's happening, and adjust humidity to the correct levels if it's not.
